‘The Nueces Oasis” invites you to this 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental home in Camp Wood! Just a few steps away to the glistening water of Lake Nueces, breathtaking mountain views, and upscale amenities make this home irresistible! Retreat to the water and fish from the bank, hop in a kayak or Jon boat, or start a fire in the pit to end a perfect day. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO RECENT FLOODS, OUR DOCK IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION FOR REPAIRS AND SHOULD BE OPEN FOR USE MID FALL 2026, IF NOT SOONER.

N.I.C.E. - Neat Inviting Comfortable Entertaining!

There are 2 living spaces and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has separate outside entrance and another entrance into the main house. There is also a sofa bed. There is a nice covered patio with a grill. Very spacious dining room with huge table open to TV room for large gatherings. Kitchen opens up to the living room and living room can open up to the dining/TV room. Every room has ceiling fan and all rooms have TV. Covered parking for 1 vehicle. No houses behind property.

Excellent star gazing, bird watching, scenic views. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked way better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (8 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).
