Just one block from downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and grocery store are all within walking distance. The Great Room boasts 14-foot ceilings, fireplace, reclining sofas, billiard table and dining for 6-8. A fully stocked kitchen and laundry round out this luxurious three bedroom, 2 bath apartment.
