Ehemaliges Künstlerhaus in der Nähe Berlins: Unser Haus mit großem Garten,wurde in den frühen 30er Jahren (URL HIDDEN) ist nahezu im Originalzustand erhalten und strahlt durch die Verwendung von ökologischen Baustoffen und Farben eine helle und warme Atmosphäre aus. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und persöhnlich. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt unser See mit 2 sehr schönen Badestellen. Das Biosphärenreservat Spreewald,das Schlaubetal und Berlin sind ca 1 Stunde entfernt.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. The cottage is situated in the small town Buckow, the pearl in the nature park "Märkische Schweiz", just 50 KM east of Berlin. One of the prettiest places in Germany. The cottage is behind the pink main building (see photo). The property is right at the lake Buckow. Next to the lake is a sauna, exclusively for guests of the cottage. The lake and the sauna are 100 m away from the cottage on the other side of the garden. Within the week the cottage is less expensive to rent.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
