Dating back to Elizabeth I this modernised cottage looks over fields to the front and rear in centrally heated accommodation over two floors. Please note this property does not include a full kitchen, there is a kitchenette area with microwave, kettle and toaster together with tea/coffee and a selection of cereals.

Fully self contained with its own private courtyard garden allowing you to dine ‘al fresco’ if the weather allows. Leamington Spa is a vibrant town with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. When you’ve enjoyed the town, the Coach House provides a little oasis of calm.

Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like extra breakfast items for small additional charge, please let me know.

Stareton Cottage near Stoneleigh

Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

The Coach House

The newly renovated Coach House offers easy access from its uniquely quiet, but central location. In the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, just a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, theatre, beautiful Jephson Gardens and only 10 mins stroll to the train station. With private access from Rosefield Street, the hallway leads upstairs to the main spacious and light open plan living, dining and bedroom area with separate shower room. A public car park is just 100 metres away.

Bright, self-contained annexe on the 1st floor with private entry and lockbox for easy check-in. Features a king-size bed, sofa bed, dining area, and kitchenette with fridge/freezer, toaster, and tea/coffee facilities (no hob/oven).
