Fantastic North Park mountain bike system (dozens of trails) fifteen minutes away, hundreds more trails within a thirty-minute drive. Welcome to our family’s happy place—just 12 mins from Snowbasin! With 6 beds, 6.5 en suite baths, a chef’s kitchen, and a kid-ready media room (w/ climbing structure), it’s perfect for 2–3 families. This is our 2nd home, not just a rental, and we’ve stocked it with everything we wish we had when traveling. It’s cozy, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches—perfect for cooking big meals, watching movies, or just relaxing under the mountain sky. We have babysitter recommendations upon request!

Grocery and shopping or dining close by. WiFi is good but not guaranteed. NO smoking or pets allowed at entire complex.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Situated behind the main home in a fenced backyard. Close to Weber State University, McKay Dee hospital and lots of restaurants. Only a 30min drive to Snowbasin resort, and Powder Mountain. About 20min away from Pine-view dam. Lots of nearby hiking trails! In the summer, the backyard pool is open. We have a swing-set and trampoline for the kids to enjoy along with a furnished patio! *We have 2 friendly dogs who bark occasionally*
