Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Balkon, Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer & eine Sauna.

Unsere gemütliche Souterrain-Ferienwohnung einer Doppelhaushälfte ist am Ortsrand des schönen Murnau am Staffelsee gelegen. Der idyllische Froschhauser See sowie der Riegsee sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch zum großen Bruder, dem Staffelsee mit seinen sieben Inseln und zahlreichen Strandbädern sowie Einkehrmöglichkeiten gelangt man jederzeit in einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang.

Liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Kaltenbrunn, 6km vom Ortszentrum Garmisch Partenkirchen entfernt. Loipe ist zu Fuss erreichbar, Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, Parkplatz am Haus.
