The cottage sleeps two on our queen size bed, Has a mini-kitchen and 3-piece bathroom with stand-up shower. The kitchen is equipped with a small bar sink, double hot plate, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, kuerig, toaster oven, small fridge and cooking essentials. The pool is heated to 75 degrees April 1-October 31 and the spa is kept at 90 degrees but guests may increase the temp. *We do not charge guests to heat spa/pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the spa/pool become unavailable due to extreme weather (below freezing) or malfunctions.
