Cottage annex is all yours & we would encourage you to relax in our garden which is filled with treeferns. The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. Knock it down and Start again they said! But we felt there was way too much history, character and magic in those old walls! It’s been a barn, a printing press, and even a secret chapel. Now it’s your next holiday destination. We’ve lovingly restored our outbuilding to the highest standard. The views of Snowdonia, the amazing sunsets & the starry nights are truly stunning. Large garden and hot tub, stay in and relax or venture to the coast or up to the mountains! All within half an hours drive.

This place to stay is truly one of a kind. ‘Bwythyn Bach’ a former double height garage converted into a self contained modern space. Airy yet compact with beautiful wood beams, a little kitchen with everything you need for a short break and a stones throw from the beautiful 365 day permanent beach in Colwyn Bay, North Wales. The property has its own separate entrance via high double gates for privacy. A patio area outside for enjoying the sunshine and ample parking right outside the gates.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend

This place is special and unique as it is a part of a 160 year old former Chapel. It is situated in the centre of Old Colwyn which is a village that retains some of its history. A 10 minute walk leads you to a beautiful beach. We are close to the A55 which leads you to Anglesey, Chester, Snowdonia and Betws y Coed and other nice and interesting places.
