The property is a half mile from the Pier and Palace Playland. There are 2 covered on site parking spaces. There are only 3 units in this building. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. There are queen beds in each of the 2 bedrooms. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Large covered porch.
