Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Large deck with a view. Just a block from Paige Meadows, access to Tahoe Rim & Pacific Crest Trail, a nature lover’s dream. Less than 2mi to the local favorites-West Shore Market, Sunnyside, & Fire Sign Cafe.

Very quiet, level and easy to access location. The house has 1 bedroom upstairs and one downstairs each with queen beds. There’s also a common area upstairs with 2 twin beds. There is one bathroom with shower and laundry. Ideal for a small family or two couples. Parking for 2 cars max.

During the winter you can cross country ski behind the house (conditions permitting). Only 8 miles from (Palisades) Alpine and Squaw.
