Seascape -charming home with a sea view and garden

This beautiful vacation house is located in a small village near Rijeka and Crikvenica, and only 5 min walk to the beach, with several foot paths available but most of them are with stairs. In the walking distance there is a market, post office, caffe bar and restaurant. The house is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, suitable for completely relaxed holidays. The property enables its guests to enjoy watching stars in the evening or eating breakfast with a sea view in the morning.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

Omišalj has picturesque historic centre, which is located on an 85-metre-high cliff and is possible to explore an exceptional cultural and historical heritage and experience the spirit of times gone by. Apartment is 3 km away from the centre, but close to the beach, small grocerie shop and a small fitness park. The housewarming is very quiet and safe, perfect for guests that prefer peace. Big cities like Rijeka and Krka are 25 km away.
