Only 10 minutes drive from town, our house sits high up on a hill over looking Whakaipo Bay, Lake Taupo's western bays and the surrounding farmland. Feel like you are in the middle of nowhere while only being minutes from the lively town of Taupo. Our large front porch and yard is the perfect place to enjoy time with your loved ones. Only minutes to Whakaipo Bay- a large calm bay that is the perfect swimming spot for the whole family. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views- in our new spa!

Lochside retreat

Located just a 5-minute walk to the lake in the heart of Kinloch Village. An inviting fireplace offers cozy warmth on chilly evenings. King-sized bed with crisp linens and plush pillows awaits. Two Sliding doors open to a private deck (can be enclosed) with a kitchen (hotplate, pot, air fryer, frypan, coffee machine, tea, & milk in a small fridge), fireplace, private bathroom, and a stunning view from the outdoor bath and shower (hot water). Rustic comfort.Note:We have bees in close proximity :)

Kawakawa Hut with outdoor “crystal” bath

A small but special little place tucked neatly between rolling hills. Kawakawa Hut provides a simple but comfy getaway for two in a beautiful countryside. Close by lies the vegetable garden, and friendly cows graze just over the fence. Further out over surrounding farmland you can see Tongariros snow capped mountains in the distance, so sit back and enjoy. Lakeview Luxury in Omori

Welcome to Barron Place, where tranquility meets elegance. This spacious lakeview retreat offers an ideal getaway for families. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and room for 10 (6 adults max). Large glass doors open to stunning lake views. The expansive deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening BBQs. Unwind, entertain and explore, this escape has it all. *PLEASE NOTE* there is a $20 linen/towel fee per bed. Queen beds - 2 towels, single beds - 1 towel. You are welcome to bring your own linen.

Location, location, location. A peaceful paradise with stunning views of beautiful lake Taupo and Mount Tauhara. A treasured home with a very warm and welcoming vibe - lots of unique features. The location is brilliant, overlooking Acacia Bay’s popular swimming and kayaking bay. Walk to the water in two minutes. The boat ramp is a short two min drive and we are seven minutes by car to Taupo township. The perfect spot for your next break. The views are amazing! A special Kiwi experience!

Stunning Lake Retreat

This stylish and unique retreat space sets the stage for a memorable trip to a beautiful part of Lake Taupo. A stand alone spacious modern room with ensuite, separate from the main house with a stunning view of the lake. We are a short walk to the lake for swims or use our kayaks. We are surrounded by gorgeous nature walks. You may wish to treat yourself to a relaxing massage, or book in for boating excursions & water-sports, $150 for first hour, $100 per hour thereafter. Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).
