A ground floor self-contained wing with kitchenette table couch etc. Toaster, microwave and fully equipped with a dining set, knife's forks etc. There is no sink or oven or hob etc. in the kitchenette. Plenty of off street parking and an outdoor cold shower. 2 adult bikes and 3 kayaks are available to use.
