The home is steps away from a quiet, sandy sunset beach, and a short walk to the public beach. There's biking, skiing, kayaking, golfing, and hiking within easy reach, and Collingwood's shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Easy access to everything with a car. Beaches, hiking and biking are right outside the front door! This little area is known as Brock’s Beach and was settled by a few families that would buy the entire street. When their kids grew up, they built little cottages on their parent’s street so people around this area have a life time of enjoying this hidden gem and everyone knows everyone. In the evening, everyone walks along the beach or down the tree lined streets. In the summer, everyone sits in the front yard with a campfire so they can say hello to their neighbours. As only a few homes are winterized, the area is very peaceful in the winter. Being close to the lake means lots of beautiful white fluffy snow which turns all the trees into a beautiful winter wonderland.

Spot 13 Bring your own trailer (max. 32 ft) or up to 2 tents and enjoy full hookups with water, 30/50 AMP electricity and sewer. Each site includes a picnic table, fire pit, public washrooms and access to campground amenities. Trailer: $60/night (1 trailer, up to 2 guests). Tent: 1 tent $60/night (2 guests) or 2 tents $120/night (4 guests). Extra guests $15/night. Pet fee $5/night. Note: Guests must bring their own trailer or tent. Bedroom refers to your own trailer or tent sleeping area.

Our appointed Lakeview Rooms offer one king bed with plush bedding and a hypo-allergenic duvet. A balcony through a set of sliding glass doors overlooks the beautiful Paudash Lake, with two chairs to take in the views and relax! A 3PC bathroom includes a shower with a glass door, toiletries and a blow dryer. Lakeview Rooms are equipped with A/C. A flat-screen television has a full range of channels through Shaw Cable. Our coffee bar offers complimentary coffee, tea and use of a microwave.
