Everyone is welcome at our secluded Cape Cod on 20 acres in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. 2.5 miles from the center of Naples, hiking trails, waterfalls, wine tastings, quaint shops, restaurants, golf course, leaf peeping, 15 min. to Bristol Mountain. Enjoy all the charm the Finger lakes has to offer from your centrally located homebase in Naples or make us your destination. Please note the base price is for 6 people & a fee for each extra person regardless of the # of days they stay.

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

Close to Keuka Outlet Trail, on the Keuka Lake wine trail, and between Main Deck restaurant and Rt 54 (WE ARE NOT WATERFRONT). Just up the path from the private deeded swimming beaches, our newly remodeled cottage (after last year‘s devastating destruction by a tree) has been carefully decorated to ensure comfort to make you feel at home. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage has many spaces to enjoy including the enclosed porch & back deck. We invite you to stay up to 14 days June - August; or longer outside of our summer season.
