My spacious, private and clean duplex has everything you'll need plus extras! Close to downtown, hiking and biking. Access to the entire unit #1 without any interruptions. No shared spaces, own private laundry room, private front entrance, private fenced backyard with an entrance. Fully stocked kitchen with air popper popcorn maker, (popcorn provided), air fryer, cold frosted mugs, keerig coffee maker and regular coffee maker and a yoga mat. Our brand new garage apartment is walking distance from CMU, downtown, and Lincoln Park! Easily bike or walk to morning coffee, the riverfront, or take a short drive to Lunch Loops for mountain biking and hiking (our favorite!) We have a Nespresso machine or french press for morning coffee, washer/dryer, non-toxic shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and any kitchen appliances you may need during your stay. Also provided a pack n play, high chair, and baby items for families :)

Orchard Suite with kitchen and horse facilities

The base rental area is 1100 square feet most of which has an 10 ft ceiling. It includes a comfortable living room/dining room and separate bedroom. It has a king bed and dresser, a couch seating area with TV, a table and chairs for dining, a full kitchen, and a small bathroom with shower. A laundry facility is available for extended stay guests by request. For travelers transporting horses, there is a one-acre, post-and-rail fenced pasture and stall at an additional fee upon arrival.

Come relax in 850 sq feet of style and charm. Originally built in the 1940's, this log cabin was ready for some new life. We have completely renovated the space, adding vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. It's located on a corner lot with completely fenced in parking. The cabin is located 2.2 miles from the Tabegauche Trailhead (biking trails), 2.8 miles from Colorado Mesa University and 2 miles from downtown GJ. You will be 2 mins away from a grocery store, liquor store, and a yoga studio!

Little Park Road Retreat - Hot Tub with a View

This home is located on 2 acres just 5 minutes from downtown, but feels like you're out in the country. The panoramic views from the patio and hot tub are spectacular & ever changing. Hiking and biking are minutes away. The house has an open feeling with beautiful stone & woodwork. A large laundry/mud room offers safe storage for bikes & other outdoor equipment. Enjoy the BBQ grill out on the patio while watching amazing sunsets & visiting rabbits & birds. We now have air conditioning.
