This Kyoto Machiya "Mitsuishi" is a renovated house in Ebisubambacho, Kyoto. It belonged to the household of Bamba, who has traditionally lived and prospered in Ebisubamba. It is a government approved accommodation so it is safe and reliable. When renovating the house, we tried our best to keep or reproduce traditional structures such as the pillars, walls, and dirt floor, while replacing the bathroom with new modern facilities. *Lodge tax will increase from 200p.p. to 400p.p. from 2026.3.1

No need to carry your baggage with you for long time after your arrival at the Kansai int’l airport. In addition, only taking 3 minute by direct train to “Namba”, known as the metropolitan area of Osaka, this area is the best choice for sightseeing.
