Das Chalet befindet sich auf einer Seehöhe von 1720 m, verfügt über eine Sauna und ist ganzjährig mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für Sommerurlauber gibt es Wander-und Mountainbikemöglichkeiten. Der Ossiachersee ist mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.Im Winter befindet man sich mitten im Schigebiet Gerlitzen. Der Sessellift der Wörtherseeabfahrt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Schitouren oder Schneeschuhwanderungen entlang der beschneiten Schipisten oder im Wald werden gerne unternommen.

Alle Zimmer sind zentral begehbar. Für Winterurlauber ist das Skigebiet Gerlitze mittels Shuttlebus (Haltestelle ca. 500 Meter entfernt) innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichbar, mit dem eigenen Auto in 15 Min. Genieße entspannte Tage am Ossiachersee in einem gut ausgestatteten und modern eingerichtetem Appartement.

Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Ferienwohnung Cottalegno

Unsere Wohnung liegt zwischen Berg und See, im Herzen von Kärnten. Die Wohnung selbst (ca. 100 qm) ist in einem Stil in Richtung "Landhaus" ausgestattet und punktet im Sommer mit Kühle und im Winter mit Wärme. Der größte Teil ist der Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich, in dem viel Platz für gemütliches Miteinander ist. Der kleinere Teil ist aufgeteilt in drei Schlafzimmer, Bad und Toilette.
