The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

Experience elevated camping in our glamping tents that accommodate two people and are situated among a few others at our eclectic campground in the valley between Ridgway and Ouray Colorado. These tents are cleverly designed with cozy fireplaces, a queen bed and some comforts from home. Our location offers mountain views and vast open skies for stargazing, as well as close proximity to the hot springs. Our heated bath house is a short 1 minute (or less) walk away from the tents.

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. I love this "Down Valley " area of Telluride. It is a 17 minutes drive up river to downtown Telluride. Our riverfront deck sits right on the San Miguel. If you leave your bedroom window open you can hear it all night long. Being at 7500 feet, Fall Creek, is also nicer if you want an easy altitude adjustment! The unit modernly decorated with 900 generous square feet for two persons.
