This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! Welcome to our "home away from home" on Owasco Lake! It's cozy in the Winter, AIR CONDITIONED in the Summer, and you may bring your dog! We have 80 feet of private lakefront with a stone retaining wall. The house has modern renovations with antique decor and central air. Even if the weather doesn't cooperate, there is plenty to entertain indoors, and it's close enough to explore the Finger Lakes, Auburn, Aurora, and Skaneateles. Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lakefront property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

Auburn is the home and final resting place of Harriet Tubman and William Seward. Other places of interest are Aurora (McKenzie-Childs), Approximately 15 miles away; Ithaca, 35 miles south; Rochester, about 75 minutes away, and Niagara Falls, 2.5 hours away. Owners reside on the same road, close by the rental property.
