This stylish town-house apartment has been fully refurbished. It is 40m2 and has been beautifully arranged to take full advantage of the space and light. The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen/sitting room, a bright double bedroom and a modern bathroom. In the living room, there is a futon-sofa which unfolds to become a comfortable, full-sized double bed. A single inflatable mattress can also be provided, which takes the total number of guests accommodated up to 3. The bus stop serving the Oxford Tube, National Express, Express London and Airline coaches is right outside our house - it is called the 'St Clements' stop. The flat is situated on the 2nd floor and, as in most traditional town-houses in the area, there is no lift. There are 34 stairs to negotiate.
