Garden Escape: Guesthouse next to Woodlands

The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. 1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, gateway to the Cotswolds, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is not enclosed. Bus services from Oxford and Banbury, a short drive to many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the entrance.
