The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

This cosy little Fisherman's cottage is in one of the best locations in the old town of Padstow, only 50 yards away from Rick Stein's signature Seafood restaurant and a minute walk from all the other shops, restaurants and bars. Walk to Tregirls 10 mins away (dog friendly beach), or get the ferry to Rock for incredible walks, or just cycle the Camel Trail at your leisure.This property has 2 bedrooms but it is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. 1 small dog welcome.

The Donkey House

The Donkey House is a snug, self-contained one bedroom cottage in a secluded valley 3 miles from Padstow. It overlooks a field of Hebridean sheep and a stream. The bedroom and bathroom look into tree tops while the lower floor leads onto a private terrace. The dramatic North Cornish coast with the famous Seven Bays is five minutes away. The Coast Path offers fabulous walks. There is private parking outside the cottage with an electric charging point. Please note we have a no pets policy

Ground level has a lovely decking area with dining table, an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities. Greenhorn is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi detached cottage in the historic town of Padstow. It offers open plan living downstairs. We’ve furnished our place with comfort and style in mind and welcome families and pets (£25 fee). New bathrooms fitted 2025 & 2026 and improved water pressure. Off road parking for one car and a 5-10 mins walk from Padstow Harbour and town. Patio area to the side of the house as well as decking at the rear via bi-fold doors in the lounge.

Penheyl was fully refurbished in summer 2025. The 3 bed house features a hot tub, large garden, a lovely outdoor patio area, a built-in BBQ & a wood burning stove. Perfect for families or a group of friends. We also have a few properties near by for larger groups stays.
