The house sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Direct access off the rear terrace to the beach Every convenience available to you with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. First floor comprises of 3 double bedrooms plus family bathroom & a 5th room, which is used as a snug. There is a secure fob activated electric gateway leading to the flint walled front garden and flood lit parking bays, a carport and garage.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Located on a private estate we are situated within a 3 minute walk of Pagham Beach, Lagoon and Harbour. Part of the road is unmade and has very little passing traffic. If you are looking for a quiet, chilled self contained self catering base that is perfectly positioned to explore the area then The Annexe will fit the bill perfectly.

We’re also the perfect base for exploring the local area, including West Wittering Beach and Goodwood events.

Tastefully decorated with all the amenities you’d need for a short stay - bed linen, towels, toiletries, TV, Ninja oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and more. Located within walking distance of Chichester town centre near the train station and a short drive to Goodwood, Chichester Marina and West Wittering Beach. The cabin has private access through our garden and we also provide free parking on our driveway.
