Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Αποτελείται από ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνας, μοντέρνο μπάνιο, ενώ στην σοφίτα βρίσκεται το υπνοδωμάτιο το οποίο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και τέσσερις επισκέπτες. Η αυλή του το κάνει μοναδικό για χαλάρωση και γαλήνη ακούγοντας τον ήχο των κυμάτων και απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της θάλασσας! Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία είναι άμεση προσφέροντας σας την δυνατότητα να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο σας όλες τις ώρες την ημέρας!

Balcony on the sea

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

The apartment is located near the main square of Ireon village and two minutes from the beach. Ireon village is located at the south of the island. It is a famous tourist resort in Samos, with its natural beauty and historical monuments. The local people will take a time to chat with you and make you feel welcome.

Angie's little studio

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals

Seaside Cottage.

Country house where you are embraced by the green of nature, above the endless blue of the sea with a view of the sunset and leads you to 2 beaches, one big and one small beach just for you. Quiet environment away from city noises. There is a nearby restaurant (Bella Vista) with fresh fish and seafood. Marathokampos is 11 kilometers away. You can go hiking, fishing as well as discover the small beach located inside the cave.

Villa Maravellia was built in 1932. It is a neoclassical house and served as the Italian Headquarters during WWII. With Olive, Citrus and Cypress trees in its surroundings the villa is an ideal nature escape only 7 mins (by car) from Samos International Airport and 10 mins from the picturesque and vibrant village of Pythagorio .

The Oceanis cottage house sits on a hill overlooking the pelagic south of the village of Koumeika, a stone-built newly built farmhouse set in a 15-acre olive grove on top of a hill overlooking the southern Aegean Sea and the nearby islands. The house because of its surroundings is suitable for agrotourism.
