🔨 Heads up: We’re currently making improvements to the property and there’s a chance of construction activity nearby on weekdays between 8am–4pm for the next few months. Private 2-person hot tub, propane fire table, Weber BBQ, and fast Wi-Fi. A bonus loft with futon and TV makes it a comfortable retreat for two or a cozy setup for three.

In cooler months, go leaf peeping, skiing, snowshoeing, shopping/antiquing, then return home and cozy-up by the fireplace. During the warmer months, enjoy a zip line ride, hiking, mountain biking, or a swim in Kaaterskill Creek, then relax and unwind in our spacious sunroom. Hunter Ski Resort is 15 minutes away, Wyndham Ski Resort is 30 minutes away, and several NY state park trailheads are steps from the front door.

Warm in winter and cool in the summer, enjoy the Solo fire ring on the deck, gas grill, La Colombe coffee, and hammock. The cabin is two hours north of NYC, with a refrigerator, Wifi, propane, furnace, and wood stove. Woodstock, Kingston, the Hudson River and hiking trails 15 min away.

This fully furnished house is currently located close to the historic Kaaterskill Falls, Hunter Mtn skiing and hiking. The local swimming hole is within walking distance. Hop in your car for the short drive to Catskill, Hudson, Woodstock, or Saugerties. This area will keep you coming back time and time again. Located less than 2 hours from NYC and just 15 min Exit 20 of the NYS Thruway.

Cozy Treehouse in Catskill Mountains.

The treehouse resides on the locally famous Fernwood property. Our family ran a restaurant here since the 1970's. We no longer operate the restaurant, but the property is gorgeous. The treehouse is at the end of a road with a private swimming hole. Right out of the treehouse is the entrance to the famous long trail, plenty of hiking here. Also in town is the entrance to The Catskill Wild Forest. Hiking into Kaaterskill Falls is one of the main attractions here in town.
