This home offers a comfy, cozy environment making it perfect for a getaway or your home away from home while on business. BONUS - If you are a "pet parent" and love to travel with your 4-legged child you will love the fact that the front door has a "doggy door" making it easy to go outside, which is fully fenced and safe. Guests have a private garage (with opener) which allows direct access for parking your car and going up the stairs to your vacation (or work) oasis. Guests have access to a fully fenced outside area with table, umbrella and chairs. This area is perfect if you like to sit outside and enjoy your coffee. And if you are a "pet parent" this is where the doggy door allows your "child" to go. Our property is a two-on-one and we live in the front house. The homes are separated by a courtyard that is fully enclosed via fencing, which we use. We will be present during our guests stay so we are happy to assist any way possible to provide our guests with a great and enjoyable experience. In Belmont Heights everything is within walking distance, and all the homes have charm and character. It is a lovely, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. The area's long-time feral parrots serve as mascots and add to the vibrant feel. It's easy to get around. We very centrally located between LA and The OC. There is plenty of room behind garage for a large truck to park there and still have room to open the other garage, which is our personal garage that we (Jim and Susan) use. If parking behind garage do NOT leave anything in your vehicle overnight. Even though this is a very safe and quiet neighborhood do NOT leave anything visible, just for good measure and common safety.

While we understand this is a very picturesque location, any filming, photography, or non-standard use of the space is not included in a regular reservation and must be approved & quoted in advance. 3 cabins on the property, each with its own private space.

This is NOT a party house. We have three bins—for trash, recycling, and yard waste. Please do not exceed these limits. We will provide light cleaning services for stays over two weeks. Follow this quiet street (10 min) and find yourself at a boardwalk going from Torrance Beach to Manhattan Beach. Stroll down to the Riviera Village and discover unique shops and restaurants. Head south towards Palos Verdes and you will find more breathtaking views.

Located 5 min from LAX. Studio apartment with queen bed. It is located on the second floor of our beautiful guest home. This suite sleeps 2, Air conditioned (heat/cool) has a small Kitchenette area with microwave, fridge, coffee machine and complimentary tea, coffee and water. It also features a functional work station and balcony.
