Cottage annex is all yours & we would encourage you to relax in our garden which is filled with treeferns. The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. The main cottage has been featured on Welsh house style programme ‘Dan Do’ as well as Channel 4s A Place in the Sun: Home or Away. It is a small cottage and garden; we love it & hope you will too! Y Llew Bach is a our one bedroom 300 year old cottage ideal for couples and friends. We do have a small double sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children. Open 4 nights a week is our quiet country pub The Lion Inn serving amazing homemade food and takeaway pizzas. Deep in the Welsh countryside situated on The Pilgrims Way, we offer spectacular views within easy reach of Snowdonia and the Welsh coast. Local attractions include Zip World, Betws-Y-Coed, Conwy, lots of castles and Beautiful beaches.

Fantastic views of the mountains and valley speak for itself, in all the Seasons. Cottage consists of bedroom (double), living room, kitchen and bathroom with plenty of outdoor space to fully appreciate the stunning location. Ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Rhiw Goch Cottage is a spacious detached one bedroom stone-built cottage with wood burner dating from the 18th century or earlier. Our guests love the cottage for it's rustic charm and beautiful gardens with secluded glades and viewpoints over the Lledr valley. It's on a quiet hillside surrounded by craggy ancient woodland full of wildlife about 3 miles from Betws-y-Coed, well placed to explore Snowdonia but also well off the beaten track.

Nestled in the hills this wonderful farmhouse is ideally placed a few miles from Snowdonia National park, yet only 20 minutes from the beach. With private walks on your doorstep, you can visit surf snowdonia and zip world for excitement or see the beautiful Bodnant gardens. Cosy in the evenings with underfloor heating and woodburners. Woodfired hot tub. The picturesque village of Llangernyw is nearby with a local shop and excellent pub.
