Το κατάλυμα μας βρίσκεται στο τουριστικό χωριό, Αρμενιστής Ικαρίας. Διαθέτει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα καναπέ ο οποιος γίνεται κρεβάτι. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που θα χρειαστείτε για τις διακοπές σας. Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, μπαρ καθώς και παραλίες όπως μεσαχτη, λιβάδι και φυσικά Αρμενιστής!

Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου της Ικαρίας, πάνω στον δρόμο που οδηγεί στον λιμενοβραχίονα του Ευδήλου 350 μ. από το σημείο που προσεγγίζει το πλοίο της γραμμής. Η θέση του προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα, και υποδέχεται τις πρώτες ακτίνες της Ανατολής του ήλιου καθιστώντας τον πολύ φωτεινό μέχρι τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο δημοτικό parking και στην μαρίνα του λιμανιού. Απέναντι ακριβώς από την είσοδο του χώρου υπάρχει μικρή παραλία που χωρίζεται από τον δρόμο.

Τhe apartment includes two bedrooms,two bathrooms(the one of the bedroom has ensuite bathroom)kitchen, living room,courtyard,and free parking space.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού του Αρμενιστή σε σημείο που επιτρέπει πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση(χρόνου 2-5 λεπτών πεζή) σε σημεία αγορών(σούπερ μάρκετ, σουβενίρ κ.α.), εστίασης και αναψυχής(καφετέριες, μπαρ, ζαχαροπλαστεία) καθώς και στις δύο δημοφιλείς παραλίες του νησιού, την Μεσακτή και το Λιβάδι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται από δύο χώρους και την τουαλέτα, ενώ διαθέτει πλήρη κουζίνα και άνετο μπαλκόνι με άπλετη θέα στην θάλασσα και την γύρω περιοχή.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Αρμενιστη σε σημείο που επιτρέπει την γρήγορη πρόσβαση απόστασης 2-5 λεπτών από σημεία αγορών όπως: σούπερ μάρκετ, είδη σουβενίρ κ.α. Επιπλέον, σε χώρους εστίασης και αναψυχής όπως: μπάρ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία κ.α. Η παραλία του Αρμενιστη βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η παραλία Λιβάδι περίπου 10 λεπτά.
