Welcome to our renovated traditional stone built home! The interior features a modern hue, it is spacious and includes all the amenities to make your stay luxurious and comfortable. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden and walk around our picturesque village, or use it as a starting point to discover the numerous beaches of the island. We are located 200m to the port, there are 4 beautiful beaches in a range of 200m to 4km and within walking distance to the commercial part of Korissia.

Villa Versailles is constructed of stone and comprises a functionally independent space which occupy an area of 77 m2 and further of 120 m2 of two terraces. The villa has huge private outdoor spaces in a land of 4 hectares (40,000m2), an amazing view over the sparkling blue Aegean sea, in a unique-quiet location, the greenest part of the island, dotted with rare old oak trees classified ''Natura 2000''. Hidesign Athens Traditional Stone House in Kea

The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.

A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.
