Το "Sihna" είναι εμπνευσμένο από το έθιμο της γιορτής των Σίχνων που τελείται στο Λιτόχωρο ανήμερα των Θεοφανείων. Έχει τις ρίζες του στο Βυζάντιο και συνεχίζεται μέχρι σήμερα. Τα Σίχνα είναι ψηλά κοντάρια με ασημένιο ή χρυσό σταυρό στην κορυφή, που φέρουν πολύχρωμες σημαίες. Πρόκειται για αφιερώματα συντεχνιών και ναυτικών οικογενειών, τα οποία συμμετέχουν με καθορισμένη ιεροτελεστία στον καθαγιασμό των υδάτων στο Λιτόχωρο. Το Top View Apartment συνδυάζει ήσυχη φιλοξενία στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε 2ώροφη οικοδομή όπου στον 1ο όροφο βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα First View Apartment και στον 2ο όροφο το Top View Apartment. Top View Apartment combines quiet hospitality in the most central part of town. The apartment is located on a 2-storey building where First View Apartment is located on the 1st floor and Top View Apartment on the 2nd floor.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι 45 τ.μ. και βρίσκεται απέναντι από τη θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο δωμάτια και περιλαμβάνει συνολικά 5 κρεβάτια. Επιπλέον, διαθέτει ξεχωριστή κουζίνα και ένα WC. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο και έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση. Διαθέτει στεγασμένο αύλειο χώρο μπροστά και πίσω όπου έχει αναπτυχθεί χώρος τραπεζαρίας με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο και υπάρχει ελεύθερος χώρος στάθμευσης μπροστά στο ακίνητο.

Το κατάλυμα μας βρίσκεται στην Παραλία της Κατερίνης πάνω σε εμπορικό πεζόδρομο. Απέχει περίπου 300 μέτρα από το κέντρο (εκκλησία) του χωριού και 200 μέτρα από το αλιευτικό καταφύγιο. Κατά τη διάρκεια του καλοκαιριού απέναντι υπάρχει φούρνος και μίνι μάρκετ στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου. Η απόσταση από τη θάλασσα είναι 25 μέτρα. Ελεύθερα δημοτικά πάρκινγκ βρίσκονται σε 50 μέτρα. Δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας στο κτίριο.
