Heritage Villa Croc

Villa Croc is a lovingly restored old stone house that offers all the comfort and modern amenities that you might need but has preserved the stone and wood elements of an authentic Istrian house. The ground floor consists of the living room with a fireplace and the kitchen with dining area, bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and one bathroom are set. Outside the villa, there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue. Note: Youth groups not permitted!

Villa Manola by Istrialux

The villa is in the small settlement of Ripenda, near Labin, offering complete privacy. The fully fenced property features a 38 m² pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with comfortable seating. The outdoor dining area and barbecue are ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings.

Die Lage ist ideal für ein Familien Urlaub wo sie eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Der Pool ist zu ihrer Privaten Nutzung und es sind zwei Parkplaetze verfuegbar. Die Hauptstrasse ist weit weg so das man keinen Laerm hat. Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung und ein kleiner Markt ist auch wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
