The Little House

Enjoy your stay at our little house. it is located 10 minutes north of Williams, AZ. This is a little gem that is on it's own 5 acres of property. It has one bedroom with a queen bed. A sleeper couch that can fit two kids comfortably. A kitchen with basic amenities. A deck that you can enjoy with a BBQ grill. It is in a working neighborhood. It is conveniently located 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon. 15 minutes to Bearizona and the Grand Canyon Railway. Flagstaff is 35 minutes away.

Wright Hill Cabin: Backing Kaibab Forest w/ Access

The Wright Hill Cabin is located in the small, rural community of Parks, Arizona - 20 minutes West of Flagstaff and 15 minutes East of Williams. Situated just within the tree line, the cabin sits on the edge of beautiful Government Prairie which provides unobstructed views of the San Francisco Peaks while providing the beautiful scenery and wildlife of the vast Ponderosa Pine Forest. Have relaxing fun at this quiet country cottage. Built in 2023, it sits on 10 acres, and we, the hosts live on site in a separate home about 150 feet away. We do not have pet or cleaning fees. You'll enjoy quiet surroundings with big skies and beautiful mountain views all around from your private deck. We're located only eight miles north of Williams and about 1 point 5 miles off the highway to the Grand Canyon, all on paved road, and just a 45 minute drive to the South Gate to the Canyon.

Parks Chalet - Your Flagstaff AZ Home base

The Parks Chalet is cute as a button. Located 17 miles west of Flagstaff near the historic functioning railroad that also leads to the Grand Canyon. This is a perfect home base to explore Northern Arizona. It can be awkward renting STVR next to full time neighbors however Parks Chalet Borders the Kaibab National Forest with no neighbors next to you so you will have total privacy. In the winter, please ensure you have an SUV, Front wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle in case it snows.

Come get your feel for tiny home living in this one bedroom guest home in the beautiful pines of Parks, Arizona. You’ll be 25 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, 20 minutes to downtown Williams, a little over an hour to Sedona, Parks and 50 minutes from the ski resort. Parks is a secluded little community where you can see the stars in abundance on almost any night. There are hundreds of easily accessible trails straight from the home for you to enjoy on foot or with your outdoor toys!
