50 steps from the most famous beach of the island is located this welcoming and stylish house with a mix of traditional and modern touches. In a distance of 50 steps there are mini markets, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, bus station, taxis, beach bars, diving center, the sea ofcourse and in the same time is situated in a quiet location. The house is well equipped, it has a kitchen with all the necessary cooking accessories, toast and coffe maker, hair dryer, iron and a make up station.

The house is in front of the sea which refers an amazing view. It is new builded with modern design and located in a quiet area. On the first floor it contains a big living room, full equipped kichen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the second floor it has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Also on the second floor you can enjoy the amazing view from the balcony where you can feel the island's aura. In front of the house there is a big yard with an extent which ends up to the sea.

Ragoussis Beachfront House

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Zoe Junior Apartment

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Elizabeth's Small Apartment

Elisabeth's Small Apartment is located in the “Old Town”, 100 m from the main entrance of the Castle of Naxos Chora. The apartment is less than 300 m from the central market of the island and from the picturesque alleys, 800 m from the port of Naxos and 700 m from Saint George beach. Elisabeth's Small apartment offers air-conditioned units, electric hobs and appliances for your meal preparation and a large balcony overseeing the garden and the Aegean Sea.

Luxurious modern house of 120 sq.m. "Citrus Seaside House III" can accommodate up to 6 people. Inside the house there is a modern living room in white shades overlooking the pool and a fully equipped kitchen. The house also has 3 comfortable bedrooms, one of which overlooks the pool, and 3 bathrooms. The outdoor area includes a 30 sq.m. pool. a Jacuzzi with a capacity of 4 people, an outdoor dining room, living room as well as a BBQ.

You can have easy access to food, amusement etc. The breathtaking sunset view from the villas, will be an everyday experience for you and your close ones. At anytime of the day you can enjoy your swim in the beach Mikro Piperi located right in front of your small villa.

A unique guest house rent as a whole to accommodate up to 16 persons. A 150m² space, located in a picturesque street of the Old Town, 40m. from the seafront, cafes, restaurants and the nearest beach. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, yard and balcony. Walking distance to the port, 5 minutes (800 meters/ 0.49 miles). This is the only house rental for up to 16 guests in the old town of Parikia.
