Ski Jasná ,Tatralandia, Bešeňová, Demänová, všetko do 15 minút v dosahu, obec má 2x potraviny, Pub a bar . Super dostupnosť. Centrum Liptovský Mikuláš - 10 minút. Je to novostavba, ubytovanie je komfortné, s veľkou kúpeľňou Apartmán sa nachádza na prízemí. V ponuke je iba ubytovanie, nemá vonkajšie posedenie.

Studio is ideal for 2 people with private entrance. It is tiny but very cosy. It has small terrace at the entrance, own gazebo with charcoal barbecue, seating and dinning outdoor area. It is in a complex of another 2 apartments. You can reserve the time for Sauna and jacuzzi and use it in privacy. The usual times to book are: 17:00-18:30 18:45-20:15 20:30-22:00 From 10pm to 6am there is a quiet time indoors and outdoors. Please respect it. We do not allow any laud parties or celebrations.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area with a garden and park view, approx. 5 min. walk from the main station (train, bus, ski bus) and 5 min. to the city center. It is an ideal place for day trips and night city. You can park your car on the street next to the building. Towels and bed linen are included. Respect for neighbors is essential (no parties, smoking inside, noise, etc.). I do not provide a residence visa.

There’s a wood burning fireplace in the living room and Netflix for when you just want to relax. Kids will certainly enjoy playing with many toys and board games or XBOX ONE. The property is fenced in so kids can run around while you enjoy outdoor fireplace or barbecue.
