Our traditional stone house, spacious and serene, surrounded by olive groves, is the best place for peaceful vacation, away from crowded and noisy areas. The house has a big yard, with garden furniture and our favorite hammock, where you can find sunny and shady spots every hour of the day. It offers great sea view between the olive groove. Κάθε πρωί ο επισκέπτης απολαμβάνει την Ανατολή του ηλίου. Όλοι οι ταξιδιώτες θα έχουν εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ό,τι χρειαστούν σε αυτόν τον κεντρικό χώρο διαμονής (50 μέτρα από την πλατεία). Γρήγορη μετάβαση με τα πόδια στις κοντινές παραλίες του Γαίου (100 μέτρα από την παραλία του Γιαννά).

Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
