The villa, located in Halkidiki, offers a unique view on the gulf of Posidi and Olympos Mountain. The residence of 250 m2 has a capacity to accommodate 7 people: the living room, the kitchen, 3 rooms (2 rooms with a double bed, one room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with toilets and an independent toilet are situated at the first floor. A master room with its bathroom and the office are situated at the second floor. The house is ideal for 2 couples with 2 kids each or 6 adults with 2 kids.

Το σπίτι είναι μεζονέτα 3 ορόφων, στον πρώτο όροφο είναι το καθιστικό με την κουζίνα (εξοπλισμένη με ηλεκτρικο φούρνο,ψυγείο,βραστηρα,καφετιέρα,τοστιερα και μαγειρικά σκεύη) και το WC.Στον επάνω όροφο είναι τα 3 υπνοδωμάτια και το μπανιο.Στο ημιυπόγειο υπαρχει καθιστικό.Επίσης έχει τρία μπαλκόνια,δύο στην πρόσοψη του σπιτιού και ένα στην πίσω πλευρά.Παρέχονται πετσέτες και σεντόνια,σαμπουάν, πιστολάκι μαλλιών,ηλεκτρικό σίδερο. Απέχει από την θάλασσα 600 μέτρα και απο την πλατεία 150 μέτρα.

To Σπίτι των ανέμων απέχει 4' από την παραλία, προσφέρει περιφραγμένο κήπο, free wi-fi, 24 ώρες ζεστό νερό, smart tv, κλιματισμό και parking. Τα μπαλκόνια έχουν θέα στον κήπο και την γύρω περιοχή το διαμέρισμα έχει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους , κουζίνα, ψυγείο, μεγάλα μπαλκόνια. Ο χώρος είναι ιδανικός για παιδιά. Φυσικά επιτρέπονται τα κατοικίδια. Το πλησιέστερο αεροδρόμιο είναι το αεροδρόμιο της Θεσσαλονίκης και απέχει 94 χλμ. Δυνατότητα μεταφοράς από/προς το αεροδρόμιο με επιπλέον χρέωση.
