Enjoy outdoor games like corn toss and bocce ball in the large backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully maintained to enhance your experience traveling through this quaint Dutch town. Leann and I are your hosts and our goal is not only to provide you with a clean and safe environment but also the opportunity to create lasting memories with friends and family. Our home is adjacent to Terrace Hills GC and you will find outdoor deck amenities that you will not find at any other Altoona area daily rental; golf course views, hot tub, and fire pit! Windy Pines offers a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed and large bathroom. The kitchen and living room are great. This clean, comfortable, & uncluttered space is a home away from home! You will be surrounded by beautiful greenery, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close to interstate 80 & 35, the Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but with its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

Enjoy nature and forget about your worries in this spacious and serene space. You are just a few minutes from downtown Pella; yet can sneak away, take in the stars, relax in peace and quiet all after you have explored the Pella sights. You will have the entire main floor. The basement is NOT included ( it is safely locked off) that may or may not be rented to other guests. If it is, you may share outdoor yard space. You may even see some wildlife in the backyard.
