Multiple bus lines (61A, 61B, 67) provide easy access to CMU, Pitt, Downtown, Squirrel Hill and more. This house is 100 years old and was lovingly restored. Our family bought this 3 bed, 1.5 bath ranch for Grandma to live close by, but Grandma is out living her life to the fullest, so at her suggestion we’ve listed the home while she is away. This is not a secluded cabin in the woods. Please expect to hear kids playing, dogs barking, cars passing by, etc. during the daylight hours. Garage is not available. Close to zoo, museums, Monroeville, S.V. Temple, etc. Use "Stotler Rd and Universal Rd" as approximate location.
