It's a large private studio with a little nook area for the comfy queen bed. Large desk for working! The large, fully fenced, sunny patio is yours to enjoy. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.
