Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. CSP is one of the largest lakes in the area with great fishing, boating, ATV and snowmobile trails

Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
