The Bungalow On Pine is a cozy (pet-friendly) 2 bedroom 1 bath home with an open living/dining area and a completely fenced in yard. The bungalow is conveniently located on a quiet street in the historic district of Waynesboro. The Waynesboro City Park, Waynesboro Pond Park and the Burke County Museum are all within walking distance and downtown shops & restaurants are just minutes away. Augusta, home of the Masters, is only 30 miles away and Historic Savannah is less than 100 miles away.

This home is lovingly named “The Little House” because it sits on the same property as our larger Barndominium home (The Big House). The home is set up for our friends and family, so it has all the basic necessities for your stay. 12 miles from Di-Lane WMA. 14 miles from Big Duke Pond WMA. 1 hour from Augusta. Less than 2 hours from Savannah. A walk-in cooler is available for game. A stocked pond is located on the property as well as other outdoor amenities. Bring your fishing poles!

The Big Oak Retreat is a great little getaway close to town but feels so secluded and peaceful. The 2+ acre pond is stocked with bass, bream and catfish. Experience evenings by a fire making s'mores and enjoy your morning coffee on the enormous back patio overlooking the serene water. This cabin is located inside our 3 acre campground, has 2 bedrooms, a full bath and full kitchen! Relaxing, peaceful atmosphere - make sure to check out our dark night sky stars! Nice, quiet, wooded setting. Charcoal grill, fire pit, picnic table provided. We do have firewood and ice for sale onsite as well. Very close to hunting and fishing opportunities. Rural setting off county maintained dirt road yet easy day trips to Statesboro, Augusta, Savannah, and Charleston.

On 2/28/23, the renovations on the 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage were completed. All rooms have been updated to add style and comfort. The home has refinished original hardwood floors in the bedrooms, and family room. The bathroom, hallway, kitchen and dining room has newly installed LVP flooring. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, keurig, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker.

The Wagon Barn Market close by has "ready to bake" casseroles. Augusta, 20 minutes away, hosts The Masters Golf Tournament in the spring, and has biking & hiking trails, kayaking, museums, and more. Walmart is 5 minutes away the other direction in Waynesboro.
