Welcome to the quiet neighborhood of Edgewater! Stay within walking distance to Legend Valley without the campground restrictions! With immediate access off the asphalt street, each spot in the yard is a spacious 15’ x 30’. Each spot is permitted: - (1) passenger vehicle - (2) tents - (4) guests - tarps and canopies within your space Not permitted: Commercial vehicles or trailers
