Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

The Bothy, a stunning dog friendly cabin, nestled in the Menteith Hills on an 84 acre farm, offers a magical experience where you can reconnect with nature. No neighbours and uninterrupted 360 degree dramatic views to soak up all day from your south facing deck or wood fired hot tub. Light floods in though the BiFold doors. Luxurious mezzanine bedroom. Beautiful, interesting interior with thousands of books. Central heating and wood burning stove. Original range in kitchen, two double bedrooms with a double bed each, both with an extra single bed. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge. Overlooking a bird feeding area with frequent visits from red squirrels.

West Lodge is picturesque cottage on a rural farm between Auchterarder and Crieff just by the River Earn - A perfect getaway for relaxation or exploration. We are also set up with good wi-fi for working from home Downstairs is a sitting room with study desk and dining room. Both have open fires. Next door is the breakfast bar, kitchen and a utility room. Upstairs is the master bedroom, twin room and brand new bathroom. There is a charming garden with outdoor dining area.
