Beauty bright villa on Lake Garda

The villa completely surrounded by green hills, but less than two kilometers from the Lake, offers guests three cozy bedrooms, decorated in three different themes. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the first romantic shades of pink has a private balcony, the second is a bright room with soft colors and relaxing with views of the garden and the surrounding valley. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower and a dining room with kitchen. The kitchen is new and is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker espresso machine, coffee maker and oven heats briches. The dining room on one side has a balcony that overlooks the garden and on the other an intimate porch surrounded by mature trees. In addition, both are equipped with air conditioning. Downstairs can be accessed both from outside and from the inside through a spiral staircase. Here you will find a master bedroom with bathroom and shower, and a living room with television, which overlooks a porch surrounded by green garden. In this plan you can also add on request a bassinet or cot. The whole house and garden are equipped with wi-fi. The garden is fully fenced and cars can be safely parked inside. The small dogs and not too mischievous are welcome, also in summer you can see around the garden a water turtle who likes to run away from the pond. This accommodation is ideal in the winter months because it is a very cozy house, which in the summer months because its location allows you to not suffer the heat, because we are in a fairly breezy. Our villa, surrounded by a large garden, dips perfectly into the surrounding countryside that is around on the low hills of Lake Garda. This is definitely a strategic position as we are right in the heart of bicycle paths Valtenesi (is Lonato-Salo; around the lower lake; Rezzato ring-Gavardo-Salo-Lonato) and a few kilometers away from the major golf courses in the area ( Arzaga in Calvagese; Garda Golf at Soiano; Chervò San Vigilio Pozzolengo). In addition, for those interested in walking trips, fantastic trails leave from here in the hills that reach the lake is very beautiful new promenade by the lake that connects Moniga in Desenzano and allows you to get up to Sirmione. La nostra villa di circa 135 mq. si trova su un unico piano, é dotata di 3 camere da letto, due bagni con doccia (di cui uno anche per disabili), una luminosa cucina e un ampio salone con divano-letto che affacciano su due ampie terrazze. Garage con un altro bagno e un grande giardino con barbecue. La tassa di soggiorno è da pagarsi in loco ed è un costo extra di E. 2,80 al giorno sia per adulto che bimbo oltre i 14 anni (oltre il settimo giorno gratuita).
