Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Professionally designed and decorated by HGTV award winning designer. There are three buildings on this property. The garage bunkie which has a king bed and 3 piece bathroom. The main cabin with 3 beds and 2 baths and the boathouse bunkie which features a king size bed and is cantilevered over the lake. Get off grid and disconnect to reconnect at our luxurious and exclusive spring fed lake waterfront cabin. Forest bathe in the sounds of nature while relaxing on the porch or on your private dock. Please note cabin is COMPLETELY OFF GRID. NO RUNNING WATER, NO SHOWER. Endless potable water is provided for cooking and drinking. Solar generator and battery powered lanterns throughout the cabin for light at night. Pretty and modern outside bathroom (outhouse) located steps from cabin.

Welcome to our Sandy Lake Cabin, our beautifully three-bedroom oasis that has everything you need for the perfect time away. Fully renovated on Scott's Vacation House Rules in 2022, and aired on May 2023. Just a two-hour drive from Toronto, the cabin is the perfect place to relax year-round. Sandy Lake is the jewel of the Kawarthas, perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming in the summer, and skating and exploring in the winter.

The Nest is a one room cabin with a screened in porch. There is a queen bed with sheets, queen pillows and comforter. Relax by the river or take out a kayak and paddle upstream to the rapids. After a BBQ dinner, enjoy smores at the large campfire pit. Meander the trails throughout the property and just be. Everything is here for a simple but soul restoring getaway. There is no shower and the toilet is in an outhouse.
