L'alloggio appena ristrutturato, accogliente e luminoso, di circa 90 mq, si trova in contrada Caldura ad 1 Km dal centro urbano di Cefalù. Dista pochi minuti dalla spiaggia pubblica del kalura. Immerso nel verde ed in posizione panoramica, offre strepitosa vista della rocca, del porto e del mare. Può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è composto da due ampie camere da letto, un grande salone, bagno, lavanderia e cucina. Tutti gli ambienti climatizzati. The apartment is very central, located just in front of the historical "Osterio Magno" Palace, the old residence of the king Ruggero, 100 meters far from the Norman Cathedral and about 150 meters far from the beach. Everything you may need is at walking distance: pubs, bar, shops, restaurants, cafe' are all at 2 minutes walk, or less. The sea is 5 minutes walk and all the monuments are very close. La casa si trova a pochi chilometro da Cefalù, vicino al piccolo borgo di S. Ambrogio.
