Tuulikus on esimesel korrusel 3 ja teisel korrusel 2 magamiskohta. Saunamajas on kööginurk koos kõige vajalikuga , leili-ja duširuum. Sauna kasutamine on hinna sees. Maja ees on terrass ja katusealusega mahukas söögilaud. Tualett asub eraldi majakeses.

Majas on kõik puhkuseks vajalik ning magamiskohti on kuni 9 inimesele (7 kohta teisel korrusel ja 2 kohta alumisel). Saunasid on lausa 2 ning saunast saab hüpata jahutuseks otse tiiki.
