The apartment is on bottom floor with a separate entrance, full kitchen & 1 bedroom with queen bed. Near hiking trails, 20 min. drive to Pinecrest Lake, 35 minutes to Dodge Ridge & skiing, local wineries, snow play, State Parks, Caverns and more. Twain Harte has a golf course, Disc golf course, tennis & pickle ball, mini golf course & more.

Cheers to a happy, healthy and peaceful 2026! . This is a cozy spot for to start the new year. Dodge Ridge is open ! We are a 1 hour and 50 min drive to the Yosemite entrance gate. Oak Nest Cottage is a quiet retreat on 5 wooded acres. The humble cottage is 600 sq feet. Super clean and efficient. The private and quiet cottage includes a kitchenette, bathroom w/ shower, deck, carport and a loft bedroom w/ air cooler. It is comfortably romantic for 2 , safe & affordable for solo travelers.

Welcome to Haven in the Trees! I am grateful to share my little piece of joy with you and yours. You will be staying in a lovely warm comfortable studio complete with a wee fridge, microwave and all you need to enjoy a light meal. You can relax outside on a private deck absorbing the sounds and sights of nature or you can take a five minute walk into the quaint village of Twain Harte where you can enjoy an espresso, many delicious restaurants and unique shops. Underbed storage in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi and streaming on the television; central AC (cooler), and Level 2 EV charger (See other details to note). Car parking area: 3 in Summer & 2 in Winter. Only one block off of Hwy 4, walking distance to stores and eateries. One bedroom with one double size bed and a large loft, (up the spiral staircase) with one double size bed. Sheets and Towels are provided. Nice deck for outside dining. Dog friendly! (The yard is not fenced). Note: A small air conditioner is in the living room. It is a cabin in the mountains so it will not be as toasty as home. NOTE: Verizon works, AT&T has little or no reception in this area.
