The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

O χώρος μας (kythnos view) βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Μέριχα της Κύθνου . Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κεντρικό λιμάνι και η άφιξη στο σπίτι μας γίνεται ανεβαίνοντας 100 σκαλιά αλλά σας επιβραβεύει η υπεροχή θέα μας βλέποντας όλο το λιμάνι και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο και ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει την απόλυτη ησυχία για να έχετε ευχάριστες διακοπές και ξεκούραση.

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
